Dit Da Jow (Hit Fall Wine)
Dit Da Jow, or “hit fall wine,” is a traditional Chinese herbal liniment used for centuries by martial artists to aid the healing of trauma injuries such as bruises, sprains, and soreness. Historically, it was prepared by placing herbs in a clay vessel with rice wine and burying it in the ground for months or years. The longer it aged, the stronger the formula became.
Our clinic’s Dit Da Jow is crafted with high-quality herbs and prepared in the traditional way, making it a powerful companion for healing. It promotes the circulation of qi and blood, helping the body recover from injury more quickly.
Directions:
Apply a small amount to a cotton ball or pad and rub in a circular motion over the affected area. For acute injuries, apply up to three times daily; for chronic conditions, apply once daily. Gently flatten lumps to disperse stagnant qi and blood. Reapply every few hours or soak cotton balls or gauze pads in the liniment, place them on the bruised area, and secure with a bandage (not too tightly). Avoid use on open sores or wounds.
